deb packaging

As per DEP-17 when packaging for modern debian files from /bin /lib /sbin should be placed in their /usr counterpart.

sudo apt update
sudo apt install build-essential devscripts debhelper dh-make lintian fakeroot

mkdir testapp-1.0
cd testapp-1.0
dh_make --createorig -s -y

lintian -c dist/kyosk-systemd_0.1.0_all.deb
